We reset healthy modules. If a unit turns out to have an internal fault or won’t communicate, we’ll contact you before doing anything else.

I’ve read how the service works: I’ll send only the module (well packed, with my reference), the price covers the reset of a module that is otherwise healthy, and if the module turns out to be faulty I’ll be contacted before anything else is done.
