CAN-Phantom · Alarms & Immobilisers
An invisible CAN-bus immobiliser. Your car's own buttons become the key.
The CAN-Phantom CP24 connects to your vehicle's CAN-bus network and stops the engine starting until you enter your own PIN sequence on buttons already in the car, such as the steering-wheel or dashboard controls. There's no fob, no tag and no LED, and disarming doesn't use radio signals, so there's nothing for a thief to find, scan or clone. It's designed, developed and made in the UK.
Key Features
Choose a PIN sequence using the car's existing steering-wheel and dashboard buttons. Sequences can include held presses for even more combinations.
No fob, tag, LED or siren. There's no sign from the outside that it's fitted, and nothing for a thief to locate and remove.
Disarming doesn't use radio signals, so relay devices and key programmers have nothing to capture. It protects against key cloning, relay theft, stolen keys and hot-wiring.
Going to a garage or car wash? Put the car into valet mode from your phone. It stays off for a set time or until a chosen speed is reached, so you never have to share your PIN.
We fit the current CP24 unit, which is designed, developed and manufactured in the UK. CAN-Phantom states it is the only CAN-bus immobiliser certified to UN Regulation 116.
12–24 V compatible, so it suits everything from a hatchback to a tractor.
How It Works
Press your secret sequence on the steering-wheel or dashboard buttons.
The hidden unit reads the button presses directly from the car's CAN-bus network.
With the correct code the engine starts as normal. With a wrong code or none, it won't start, even with the genuine key.

CAN-Phantom is certified to UN R116. If your insurer asks specifically for a Thatcham-approved device, talk to us. The Pandora Storm (Category 2) and Smart Pro (Category 1) both carry Thatcham certificates, and either can be paired with a CAN-Phantom for layered protection.
