What the L4V Deadlock Does

Extra locking point

Adds a second, independent lock to the door, so a thief has to defeat two systems instead of one.

Solid straight bolt

A straight bolt with a 20–50mm throw engages into the opposing lock body.

Independent of central locking

It's operated only by its own high-security key, so bypassing the van's electronics doesn't open it.

Made for cab doors

Locks 4 Vans recommends deadlocks for cab doors, with hook locks on the load doors.

Less cutting

A compact lock case removes around 60% less metal from the door than comparable locks, and it can go in several positions.

Key options

Available with T-series or S-series satin nickel-plated cylinders. T-series versions can be keyed alike with other L4V locks.

Locks 4 Vans recommends deadlocks for cab doors and hook locks for side and rear load doors, where the hook's grip resists peeling.

Does it replace my factory lock?+

No. It's an additional lock with its own key, working alongside the factory locking.

Can it be keyed alike?+

T-series versions can be keyed alike with other L4V locks, so one key opens them all.
