The 2.0 TDI fitted to the T6 is shared across the Transporter range from 102hp to 204hp — all the same hardware. The 150hp version runs the same block at a fraction of its capability. A remap safely unlocks the difference.
A Stage 1 remap requires no hardware modifications. Our specialist software recalibrates boost, fuelling and ignition timing within the engine’s safe limits, delivering instant, driveable gains.
What Changes
We recalibrate boost, injection pressure and fuelling maps on the TDI. The gain in torque is the headline — +120Nm transforms how the van pulls when loaded, climbing hills or towing. Most drivers also report 10–15% improved MPG.
Factory boost is set conservatively. We raise it to the level the turbo and internals can comfortably sustain, unlocking power that was always there.
Fuel delivery is recalibrated to match new boost levels precisely — giving a cleaner burn, better response and improved efficiency under light loads.
Timing is advanced where the engine can safely benefit, improving combustion efficiency and delivering more torque across the full rev range.
