Stage 1 & Stage 2
The Vivaro's PSA-sourced diesel engines are shared with the Peugeot Expert, Citroen Dispatch and Toyota ProAce — all from the same family. The factory maps have considerable headroom that a specialist remap can safely unlock.
A Stage 1 remap requires no hardware modifications. Our specialist software recalibrates boost, fuelling and ignition timing within the engine’s safe limits, delivering instant, driveable gains.
What Changes
We remap boost and fuelling on the BlueHDi unit. The torque gain is felt most when the van is loaded — pulling away from traffic lights and on dual carriageway sliproads becomes much less laboured. Economy improves on longer runs.
Factory boost is set conservatively. We raise it to the level the turbo and internals can comfortably sustain, unlocking power that was always there.
Fuel delivery is recalibrated to match new boost levels precisely — giving a cleaner burn, better response and improved efficiency under light loads.
Timing is advanced where the engine can safely benefit, improving combustion efficiency and delivering more torque across the full rev range.
The factory throttle map is deliberately muted. We sharpen it so the car responds the moment you press the pedal — no lag, no hesitation.

Yes — both the 1.5 BlueHDi and 2.0 BlueHDi respond well to remapping. The 2.0 has slightly more headroom and is the more popular choice for maximum gain.
